The University Health Center offers many programs and services to help you meet your health and wellness needs. Whether you are interested in primary or urgent care, exploring alternative medicine, or just looking for general health information the staff of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and other health professionals are ready to help. We are proud to be nationally accredited for over 20 years by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, an independent organization that only places its seal of approval on medical facilities that meet the highest standards of quality. Less than 10% of all college health centers in the U.S. are accredited!

For your convenience, the website provides some important printable forms including the Required Immunization Form, the Medical History Form and numerous educational handouts. Please take note of the information on health insurance. The student health insurance plan can provide peace of mind that an unplanned illness or injury will not have a devastating financial impact.
