The goal of Take the Stairs! is to increase daily physical activity by making small decisions in favor of active, rather than sedentary, behavior. Did you know that walking up the stairs burns almost 5 times more calories than riding an elevator? You've been waiting in traffic, sitting in class... now it's time to move your groove thang, improve your health, and Take the Stairs!
