The Peer Education Program requires students to register in the Fall for PEER31X (3 credits) and in the Spring for PEER32X (3 credits). It is critical that participants are able register for these courses and have enough time in their weekly schedule to commit to peer educator responsibilities (average of 3-5 hours per week). How many credits do you plan to take in the next two semesters?

What other time commitments/organization affiliations do you anticipate in the coming year (Spring and Fall Semesters)? (e.g. fraternity/sorority, other student organizations, athletics, job, volunteer work)

Are you willing to commit to work at least 3-5 hours per week in the coming year and attend all required weekly peer meetings?
Programs require a Mandatory 40 hour training held August 21-25, 2017 from 9am – 5pm. Students MUST participate in the full training to be eligible to serve as a peer educator. By submitting this application you are acknowledging and agreeing to participate in the full training process, attend required peer meetings and adhere to conduct becoming of a University Health Center Peer Educator.
