Office of the Victim Advocate

Who Is The Victim Advocate?

The Office of the Victim Advocate (OVA) is an office whose mission is to respond to incidents of sexual assault, relationship violence, stalking, and sexual harassment. The OVA provides resources, support, and assistance to men and women, primary and secondary victims in the aftermath of violence.

Cortney Fisher, JD
Senior Victim Advocate
is responsible for general office administration, the administration of all direct client services, and the administration of all outreach and student services.
Laura Milcetich
Manager of Client Services
is responsible for the administration of all direct client services, including crisis services, to all victims seeking services from the OVA.
Lindsey Martin
Manager of Outreach and Student Services
is responsible for all OVA outreach activities and services to students seeking information from the OVA.
The peer advocate staff
The graduate level staff is supported in their efforts by a team of undergraduate peer advocates who are trained to provide information and support to the campus community.
