Q. What Is Stalking?
A. A pattern of repeated and unwanted attention, harassment, contact, or any other course of conduct directed at a specific person that would cause a reasonable person to feel fear:
- of serious bodily injury
- of an assault in any degree
- of rape or sexual offense or attempted rape or sexual offense in any degree
- of false imprisonment,
- of death, or
- that a third person likely will suffer serious bodily injury, assault in any degree, rape, sexual assault, attempted rape or sexual offense, false imprisonment, or death.
