What is the program all About?

The Healthy Workers Program provides free limited medical services to temporary and contract Dining Services workers without health insurance.

• Individuals enrolled in the HWP can use their program identification card to receive services at the University Health Center such as: doctor visits, medications, health education and discount prescriptions. li>
• Once enrolled, you will receive the program brochure with a detailed list of the program's services.
• Enrollment applications for eligible employees are available in your supervisor office.
