Wellness and Stress Management Programs
The Center for Health and Wellbeing (CHWB) is a satellite office of the UHC located in room 0121 at the Eppley Recreation Center (ERC). The Center’s mission is cultivate holistic change that enhances the personal wellness of members of the campus community.
The Center for Health and Wellbeing offers many programs and services to help decrease stress and improve overall wellness of students, faculty, and staff. These services include:
