Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a more successful existence. We never arrive at a point where there is no room for improvement. The traditional wellness model has six dimensions: physical well-being, emotional well-being, spiritual well-being, intellectual well-being, social well-being, and occupational well-being.
Many people lead busy lives and with a busy life comes stress, when we feel stressed it affects our overall well-being making our lives feel unbalanced. A wellness assessment can help you regain control and balance in your life. Wellness Counseling can help! During the appointment a health educator will discuss your current lifestyle with you and discuss how you can achieve your wellness goals and create balance in your life.
