Wellness Counseling

Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a more successful existence. We never arrive at a point where there is no room for improvement. The traditional wellness model has six dimensions: physical well-being, emotional well-being, spiritual well-being, intellectual well-being, social well-being, and occupational well-being.

Many people lead busy lives and with a busy life comes stress, when we feel stressed it affects our overall well-being making our lives feel unbalanced. A wellness assessment can help you regain control and balance in your life. Wellness Counseling can help! During the appointment a health educator will discuss your current lifestyle with you and discuss how you can achieve your wellness goals and create balance in your life. Stop by or call to make an appointment.
