Flu Vaccine Clinic Details

The Flu vaccine is available at the University Health Center.

Flu Clinic Tuesday January 22nd, 9am-11:30am & 1pm-4pm
Limited doses remaining, please call ahead to make sure we have doses available at (301) 314-8184.

Injectable Vaccine  

$15 (self-pay) for Students, Faculty/Staff, and Visitors (13 and older)

FluMist (Intranasal Spray, limited supply)

$35  (self-pay) for Students, Faculty/Staff, and Visitors (13 and older)

The Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) covers the flu vaccine.  We can bill TRICARE Standard and the following EPO and PPO plans: Care First Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and United Healthcare. We are also in-plan with Cigna. If you do not have one of the listed insurance plans, please check with your insurance company to verify your coverage (most insurance companies have a toll free number located on the back of the card).

We can submit the bill to your insurance, upon request, if you present your insurance card prior to your appointment.
If you plan to utilize walk-in hours on a Tuesday, you may want to save time by presenting your insurance card a day or two in advance.

You can also request a statement of your account to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
