Tips for Completing Your Diet Analysis Form
- Record what you eat for 2 days.
- Be sure these days are representative of how you "normally" eat.
Be specific! - Provide amounts and descriptions of both foods and drinks. (Ex. 2 cups of raisin bran & 1 cup of fat free milk).
- Record throughout the day, don’t wait until the end of the day, you may forget something!
