Learn how to take control of stressful situations and bring yourself into a relaxed state by using your mind. Call to make an appointment.

What can I expect during relaxation training?

The health educator will coach you through various relaxation techniques to get you to reduce your stress levels, and your immediate results will be displayed right on the computer screen!
The relaxation techniques that you learn will teach you how to better cope with daily stressful situations.
