About the University Health Center
The University Health Center is proud to be nationally accredited for over 25 years by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, an independent organization that only places its seal of approval on medical facilities that meet the highest standards of quality. Less than 10% of all college health centers in the U.S. are accredited!
For your convenience, the website provides some important printable forms including the Required Immunization Form, the Medical History Form and numerous educational handouts. Please take note of the information on mandatory health insurance. The student health insurance plan can provide peace of mind that an unplanned illness or injury will not have a devastating financial impact.
